سنن النسائي#4054Da'ifأَخْبَرَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، { عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، } عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ جَرِيرٍ، قَالَ أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ أَبَقَ إِلَى أَرْضِ الشِّرْكِ فَقَدْ حَلَّ دَمُهُ .
It was narrated that Jarir said:"Any slave who runs away to the land of Shirk, it becomes permissible to shed his blood
