Sunan an-Nasa'i 4053
سنن النسائي#4053Da'ifأَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا قَاسِمٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، { عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، } عَنْ جَرِيرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ إِلَى أَرْضِ الشِّرْكِ فَقَدْ حَلَّ دَمُهُ " .
It was narrated from Jarir that:The Prophet [SAW] said: "If a slave runs away to the land of Shirk, it becomes permissible to shed his blood
