Sunan an-Nasa'i 4973
سنن النسائي#4973Sahihأَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُخْتَلِسِ قَطْعٌ " .
It was narrated from Jabir that the Messenger of Allah said:"The hand of the pilferer is not to be cut off
