Sunan an-Nasa'i 4804
سنن النسائي#4804Da'ifأَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، سَمِعْنَاهُ مَرَّةً، يَقُولُ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَضَى بِاثْنَىْ عَشَرَ أَلْفًا يَعْنِي فِي الدِّيَةِ .
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that:the Prophet ruled that twelve thousand (should be given) as Diyah. (Hahan)
