موطأ مالك#1684Da'ifوَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ، وَسَعْدَ بْنَ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ، كَانَا لاَ يَرَيَانِ بِشُرْبِ الإِنْسَانِ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ بَأْسًا .
Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab that A'isha, umm al-muminin and Sad ibn Abi Waqqas did not see any harm in a man drinking while standing
