Sunan Ibn Majah 2839

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الصَّعْبُ بْنُ جَثَّامَةَ، قَالَ سُئِلَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ أَهْلِ الدَّارِ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ يُبَيَّتُونَ فَيُصَابُ النِّسَاءُ وَالصِّبْيَانُ قَالَ ‏ "‏ هُمْ مِنْهُمْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas said:“Sa’b bin Jaththamah said: ‘The Prophet (ﷺ) was asked about the polytheists who are attacked at night, and their women and children are killed.’ He said: ‘They are from among them.’”
