صحيح البخاري#2535Sahihحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ يَقُولُ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ بَيْعِ الْوَلاَءِ، وَعَنْ هِبَتِهِ.
Narrated Ibn `Umar:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade the selling or donating the Wala' of a freed slave
