سنن أبي داود#4507Da'ifحَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَطَرٌ الْوَرَّاقُ، - وَأَحْسَبُهُ - عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ أُعْفِي مَنْ قَتَلَ بَعْدَ أَخْذِهِ الدِّيَةَ " .
