سنن أبي داود#4275Sahihحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ { وَمَنْ يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُتَعَمِّدًا } قَالَ مَا نَسَخَهَا شَىْءٌ .
Ibn 'Abbas said:No other verse has repealed the verse "If a man kills a believer intentionally
